We recently made a visit to Key Hyundai regarding a pre-owned vehicle that was purchased in late January. We absolutely love this car but had a few issues which had us in to the service department twi pre-owned vehicle that was purchased in late January. We absolutely love this car but had a few issues which had us in to the service department twice prior to this day. All in total the three visits were handled with the utmost courtesy by each and every employee involved! The service department staff is very professional and kept us informed of everything being done to address the concerns that we had! In our opinion they are a top notch group of workers and the pride they have in their work really shows!! They were all so polite and courteous right down to the gentlemen that clean the car before returning it to us. This last visit was no different when I called and spoke with Andre Laporte. He asked if we could bring the car right down to them and they would take a look, even offered a loaner should it have to stay there. Although we had to spend time at each of these visits waiting for the service to be completed, we were always kept in the loop about what they were doing. Each call was handled immediately and the car was taken right in. The sales staff that weren't busy with other customers always engaged in conversation which made the time waiting pass quicker and that was very much appreciated. We would like to especially thank Bentley McCoy, who was the original sales consultant. although Andre was overseeing what was being done, Bentley checked in on us regularly while we waited, concerned that we were satisfied with our service and making sure we had no other worries. He is surely an asset to Key and when we are ready to make our next purchase we will most certainly ask for him to assist us! Ryan took the time to fully un service team for a great experience! I Just picked up my '11 Sonata, which I had brought in for multiple issues. Ryan took the time to fully understand each of the symptoms my car was experiencing, and kept me informed about progress throughout the repair period. Each issue was corrected to my satisfaction, and was done so in a reasonable amount of time. Furthermore, all work was covered under warranty, and I never even had to ask (or insist) about this. Key obviously stands behind their pledge to provide solutions, and strengthens Hyundai's reputation as an excellent automobile to own. More
Initially went to dealer to have my old vehicle serviced due to a oil leak. Alex spoke to me about possibly upgrading to a new car, I expressed to him what my needs were for me to leave the lot with one and due to a oil leak. My first experience in purchasing a car from here was not good. the sales person Rich and manager to me were too pushie. Because the drain stoped up and wet passengers floor area I noticed they forgot to put new mats in the car before I took possession. A sales person named Brentley got his boss Maurice to get the mats and have them installed. Brently staqyed with me while this took place. He checked on the car several times and brought it out to me when it was finnished. I would say that brentley took the bull by the hornes and went above the call of duty to make my visit today exceptional. Brentley helped in many ways that eased my tension and let me leave with a smile . THANKS BRENTLEY John Martus More
My husband and I went to have my Elentra repaired and left with a 2010 Santa Fe. The sales person was very friendly and helpful.
