Went in for scheduled recall service, after waiting an hour and a half, they came and told me they did not have the part. How incompetent can you be, I made the appointment a month before, avoid this deal hour and a half, they came and told me they did not have the part. Poor customer service in the service department. The service manager is dishonest. There's no communication from them. Leaving a voicemail is a waste of time. I had my 2018 elantra there over 6 times for the same issue since it was purchased in 2019. Intermittent dead battery. Electrical system draining it for no reason. Last time it was in, it was towed in and didn't get it back for a month. It was supposedly diagnosed and repaired, but a month later, it's back again with the same exact issue. No matter how many times you call or leave voicemail, nobody returns your call. The only way to get answers is to physically show up and wait for someone to finally acknowledge you after standing at the counter for 20 minutes (no other customers around). I've never experienced a service department like this and would strongly urge everyone to stay away key hyundai service. Once this car is supposedly "fixed" again, I'm trading it in somewhere else and getting something more dependable. More

Wonderful experience at the service department today. Rebecca and Nick, as well as the entire service team are awesome. Completed multiple service needs very quickly. Their service department is the absolute worst. They have had my car for over 10 days for an engine issue that’s under warranty. (My car was purchased brand new and it currently has less than 55,00 They have had my car for over 10 days for an engine issue that’s under warranty. (My car was purchased brand new and it currently has less than 55,000 miles on it). I was told I’d hear back Friday and they keep pushing the quoted times back. The people on the phone aren’t compassionate to the issue and they have no sense of urgency. Keith hasn’t been helpful at all. He’s defensive when I call back to get updates and tells me there’s nothing that can be done. Don’t buy cars from this place! Their warranty programs and loyalty programs are scams! More

Everyone good in the dealership is gradually being phased out. Once they get rid of Larry and Anaz they'll be useless. Used to have a nice quiet area for service customers, now you have to sit out on the sales floor so you can hear how management and sales talk bad about customers when they leave. The new guy in service wanted to take me for 150% more than my car was worth. Took him a full day of nothing being done to my car, (it literally sat on the lot for hours) to tell me the 'quote', as I sat there waiting. After waiting all day and receiving that quote, I figured maybe they should take the car and I'll get another. This sales guy had NO interest in showing me cars, wasn't listening and seemed to be showing me the worst used cars on the lot so I would leave. It worked, I left. Got the problem FIXED elsewhere for LESS than 1/20th what he quoted me. That's ONE TWENTIETH. I have since purchased a brand new car at a different manufacturer so there is no chance I'll ever end up here again. Yay! They rebuilt the entire dealership like a huge monument - but it's worse in every way for customers. Too bad. They used to be the best. More
Had appointment 3 weeks ago to fix recall, but when I got there was told they didn’t have part. Got call a week ago from company that part was in, but when connected with Key to make appointment got answer m there was told they didn’t have part. Have called several times in past week, left several messages, spoke to 2 different people (1st told Courtney would call next day, then yesterday would call back within half hour & still no return call). Still haven’t been able to make appointment!! This is the 2nd car I’ve leased from them, but will never get another car from them again! I guess I’m going to have to go in person to dealership just to make appointment to bring my car back! Terrible service! More
