To Bobby Stevens, You said a senior team member would reach out to me. I haven't heard from anyone yet. This happened on march 11th and I haven't heard from 1 person regarding this matter. It's been over 2 months. Hyundai headquarters sent out legal determination letters to both me and the dealership stating that it is the dealerships responsibility. And still, no one has reached out. This is such horrible treatment of your customer. There really is no excuse as to why no one is reaching out to us. I will leave my phone number again 203-243-4473.
