My wife and I wanted a new car to take on vacation. We worked with Alan in their sales group at Key Hyundai and he really helped us pick out the car we wanted and pick it up when we needed it. I had been shopping for a new car and had visited several dealerships (including one Hyundai dealership that was a total nightmare). Our sales rep at Key was Matthew who made this whole experience wonderful. He was very caring, never pushy, listened to my needs and was overall just a sweetheart. I went in originally to look at the Elantra or Sonata and ended up buying a gorgeous 2011 Santa Fe which met the needs of our family much better. This process took several visits and a lot of patience on my salesman Matt's part. After my initial stop at Key I told Matt that I would be returning with my sister who is on oxygen and not well but whose opinion was very important to me. We returned on a scorching 90+ day and Matt very considerately ran and got all the vehicles we were interested in and pulled them right to the door of the dealership. This simple act of kindness allowed my sister to look at the vehicle thoroughly and go sit in a running, cool car. She then subsequently got to ask Matt tons of questions and with his thorough knowledge we decided on the SUV instead of the car. We will be doing all our maintenance with Key Hyundai because they offer such a great warranty (free tires, batteries and engine for life). Seriously they are such a great group there, from the sales people to the finance department that I would recommend them highly!!!! More

After we chose the car we wanted I was prepared for the battle, but they were already waving the white flag before I got started. I got the price I wanted without a debate. That's a nice change. The delivery could not have been smoother. Wayne got me out of dealership in an hour just like he promised. He is a class act. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

Rochelle told me they had the color and model I wanted, but would not qoute me over the phone, unless I drove there ( far away)But claimed they had they color & model I wanted. When I asked if it had options already added, she replied " I haven't seen the car and there are 200 cars out on the lot" I asked can't you look on your computer. Evidently I asked for too much customer service. I asked what is the documentaion fee, she paused, as if she didn't know then said $398.50. Marcy, her boss defended her. They would have had me drive down there only to find out the car they said they had, wasn't even there, thus wasting my afternoon. Bad Experience!!! More
