I have always purchased high end cars. The time had come to trade in my Toyota. I had heard, through advertisements, consumer reports, and personal recommendations about the satisfaction of Hyundai owners. to trade in my Toyota. This included their looks, service, client satisfaction and their outstanding warranty. Also, I observed, through personal observations, Hyundai's quality in the the beautiful, fluid lines on their SUV's and sedans. I was fortunate to begin my relationship with Key Hyundai after reaching Erin, on the telephone. I wanted to make an appointment, but personal conflicts in timing, prevented me from making a confirmed appointment. Erin respected my wishes and waited for me to call back Key rather than making numerous solicitation calls. Last week, my good fortune continued when I was assigned Ryan Olphonce as my sales representative. From the first handshake, to the "finished deal"shake, Ryan went out of his way, numerous times, to find the right vehicle for me, and worked incessantly to ensure that not only were my material desires, regarding my vehicle were met, but also working feverishly to , once again, ensure my budgetary concerns were a significant consideration. Not once did I feel any type of pressure to add options that I didn't need. The entire sale was about me, the client and my satisfaction. Key Hyundai is everything and more that I was told or read about the dealership and its vehicles. My sales representative, Ryan Olphonce, was very cordial, highly informed,extremely personable, very bright and most of all, he made it very clear that my total satisfaction, as a client, was his utmost concern. Purchasing a car can be a long and grueling experience. This is the 7th vehicle I have purchased, in my lifetime, and it was the best experience, by far, that I have ever had. I want to say that I was very disappointed in what I experienced at Key Hyundai. I spoke to Erin on the computer chat before coming to Key Hyundai and explained mine and my husbands situation and also m experienced at Key Hyundai. I spoke to Erin on the computer chat before coming to Key Hyundai and explained mine and my husbands situation and also made very clear I had a trade in and could put 500 hundred dollars down and also gave my credit score and my husbands score. I was told that would be fine and Key Hyundai could and would help. We found a car there the salesman was very nice but was never really given a straight answer on any questions. And we could not even get a price on the car or the value of the trade in which seemed very shady but was told if we gave are 500 before we left they would get back with us in a few days. Which seems to be VERY SHADY and could not guarantee are refund of the 500 if things went wrong. I have never came across anything like that. That we could not get the price on the car and could not get the trade in value of the trade in But you wanted the 500 dollars.To me that sounds like very bad business I also planning on posting my view on the internet and also contacting the Better Business Burrow. People should not be treated like this...NO MONEY SHOULD BE ASKED FOR UNTILL YOU ARE APPROVED FOR THE LOAN AND THE CUSTOMER IS GIVEN THE PRICE OF THE CAR AND THE TRADE IN VALUE FOR THE TRADE IN..........WAS ALSO TOLD IF WE DID NOT GIVE THE 500 BEFORE WE LEFT THEY WOULD NOT PROCED ANY FURTHER WITH THE BANK TO GET THE LOAN.........SO VERY SAD.......BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I heard an advertisement on the radio, Jill Merriam saying she's a dealer for the people, so being that i was in need of a new car and with a credit that was not up to par, i said let me give them a ca saying she's a dealer for the people, so being that i was in need of a new car and with a credit that was not up to par, i said let me give them a call. The lady i spoke with on the phone was very nice, i explain that i need a car and i did not have good credit so before we set up an appointment i just want to know if my credit would be a problem so that i don't waste my time coming there. She told me that would not be a problem, so we set up the appointment and off i went to Key in Milford, and from the minute i step in the building everybody was warm and friendly and not pushy. I was introduced to Anthony Walker, the sales Consultant, who listened to what i needed and then he got to work. I didn't feel that i was pushed into anything, like the other car dealers that i've been to. Anthony wanted to make sure that i was completely happy with my purchase and he went above and beyond. And i got to tell you that i am a very happy lady with my 2011 Sonata, and i will definitely recommend Key to all my friends and family You guys are great and definitely a dealer for the people.
