This is my third Elantra all purchased at the same dealership. We purchased the Elantra Limited with the navgation system which includes a lot of electronics. Tommy spent at least an hour going over dealership. We purchased the Elantra Limited with the navgation system which includes a lot of electronics. Tommy spent at least an hour going over the car with us explaining how every thing worked. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge. The people in the dealership are very friendly and cordial they cannot do enough for you even after the sale is made. Tommy closing remark to me was "you know where I am if you need me" More
I originally came in looking for a 2011 Sonata but thought they were a little out of my price range. Once I saw the white 2011 Limited Elantra on the lot I knew this was the car I wanted. I knew going in that the Elantra I wanted was hard to come by (white limited with black leather), Anthony looked every single day for me for the white limited Elantra and kept me up to date on possible leads. After about 3 weeks and no luck he was able to work out a great deal on a 2011 Sonata GLS, the car I was initially interested in but thought was out of my price range. From the first day I went to the dealership Anthony was not like the other car salesmen I had dealt with. He was never pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. I had such an easy time dealing with him that I recommended my boyfriends parents to him for their recent lease. More

The service was great. Despite the scarce availability of the 2012 Accent, Anthony was able to locate and acquire the trim, color, and package that i was looking for. We started out with a big misunderstanding - my new Sante Fe did not have an in-dash nav system, and before we picked up the car, we asked that one be installed. The paperwork said install nav system, but w Fe did not have an in-dash nav system, and before we picked up the car, we asked that one be installed. The paperwork said install nav system, but when we went to take delivery of the car, the nav system was not IN the dash, it was ON the dash. The back-up mirror was attached to the lower left corner of the windshield, leaving two pieces of equipment ON the dash - it looked awful and was not what we had agreed to. Joe Cardillo and Andre worked hard to make it right - we took delivery of the car, but brought it back the following week to have the nav system installed. Two days later, we picked up the car, and it is exactly what I wanted in the first place. So, although we started out on the wrong foot, Joe and Andre did everything they could to make it right. More
