I had a very good experience working with RW. I had been shopping around for a car for months without success and hearing this commercial at the top of my morning just felt like a sign. I went online, filled out a pre-approval form and overnight I was the recipient of the best service I have ever experienced! In addition to asking your team to work with a challenging credit history, I had other needs that no one else would or could meet. Your team rose to the challenge and exceeded my needs. I have physical limitations making car shopping very difficult. Your team guided me through the application process prior to my visit and I browsed the inventory online. Matt, Becki, Anthony, Joe and the rest of the team had everything ready for me when I arrived. I felt like I was floating through the process that is usually so stressful. RW helped me get a deal done where other dealers failed because I owed more on my car than it was worth and he and Joe put me into a newer vehicle for very close to the same payment.
