RW helped me get a deal done where other dealers failed because I owed more on my car than it was worth and he and Joe put me into a newer vehicle for very close to the same payment. The sales staff was very prompt and attentive. I did not feel preassure or felt like I had to fight for the price I wanted. On the down side, there is not adequate parking and the paperwork process is much feel preassure or felt like I had to fight for the price I wanted. This would make the process quicker so the customer can get out quicker and the sales staff could attend to more people and increase their sales. More

I came in for a simple repair on my 2008 Hyundai Sonota on November 1st, 2011. While waiting for my car, Kurt came into the customer service waiting area and announced that a truck of 2012 cars had just ca on November 1st, 2011. While waiting for my car, Kurt came into the customer service waiting area and announced that a truck of 2012 cars had just came in and that they would make a deal with anyone waiting to purchase a new car for the same payment as I was currently making or at least close to it. I had been discussing with my wife about purchasing a new vehicle as we had two Hyundai vehicles that had roughly 65,000 miles on them and we wanted to make sure that if we had to buy new cars, that we would alternate having payments. I told Kurt what I was looking for and he pulled around a 2012 Harbor Grey Sonata Limited that looked amazing. I took it for a test drive and was looking at all the features inside and was sold almost immediately. I decided to make the deal and Kurt and the rest of the team worked with me to get the payment I wanted and the car that I wanted. My new Sonata is amazing and I have recieved many comments already how people are amazed that this isnt a Mercedes or BMW. The features are great and the look and ride quality are much better than I expected. I am 100% satisfied with the vehcile and the service I recieved from the people at Key Hyundai. Kurt was very easy to work with and gave a no pressure approach to me which really helped me make my decision. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and have recommened them to others. My wife, brother, father, and grandparents have all purchased multiple vehicles from Key Hyundai of Milford and we are all satisfied with the quality of the cars and the people working there.
