I went online, filled out a pre-approval form and overnight I was the recipient of the best service I have ever experienced! In addition to asking your team to work with a challenging credit history, I had other needs that no one else would or could meet. Your team rose to the challenge and exceeded my needs. I have physical limitations making car shopping very difficult. Your team guided me through the application process prior to my visit and I browsed the inventory online. Matt, Becki, Anthony, Joe and the rest of the team had everything ready for me when I arrived. I felt like I was floating through the process that is usually so stressful.
