While there for my scheduled service, at which time I was due for new tires which are free at this dealership, I spoke with Alan Rudman, Sales Rep, who is extremely professional, informative and friendly. He explained how much my 2011 had changed verses the 2015. Alan convinced me to take a drive and presented me with a very attractive trade-in deal on the best car I have ever owned. Working with Alan proved to be a total win! More

The Boss Must Have Been Out Of Town The only reason I gave high marks for Customer Service and Friendliness was because of Maher Tinawi who helped me with the final process of buying out The only reason I gave high marks for Customer Service and Friendliness was because of Maher Tinawi who helped me with the final process of buying out the lease on my 2013 Elantra. He was the only person who approached me to find out if I needed assistance (Rami had customers in his office and was behind a closed door at the time). There were several other personnel in the front who were standing around chatting with each other, on their cell phones or singing. When I leased my car 3 years ago the atmosphere was congenial and business like. This time around it looked like there was a party going on. I was disappointed with all the loud talking and singing. At one point I had to be on the phone with my insurance company and the background noise in the dealership was so loud that I had to start shouting on the phone. I think someone needs to do Undercover Boss and get the place back in line. More

Nobody had ever heard of me, was not sure the car was in stock, and Pete (whoever the xxxx he is) was not there. Sorry, but I don't believe these reviews are real. Key Hyundai is just plain BAD. It is everything (and more) that people hate in a dealership. More
