The Best I met Alan while visiting Hyundai dealers for a new car in 2010. My impression was that compared to the other dealer representatives I had met in the process, Alan was the easiest to communicate with, the most knowledgeable and most responsive to my questions. I leased a Sonata then and since have stayed in touch with whenever I had the car serviced at Key. While doing the same last month for my second car, I asked about the 2015 Sonata and agreed to return for a test drive. As always he had all the info I wanted concerning the technology upgrades. Alan found the car I wanted and took care of all the details of the transaction again. Key provided a great car with an attractive lease. I look forward to seeing Alan over the next few years while getting my car serviced at Key and getting ready for my next Sonata. Suggest all call on Alan for the best experience. More

Great first experience For my first car shopping experience I can't think of a better place or sales associate to work with, than key Hyundai of Milford and DAN VARGAS!!!!!! Excellent Experience! This was most certainly the best experience at a car dealership I've ever had! Maher was the salesman I dealt with and he was so reassuring from begin This was most certainly the best experience at a car dealership I've ever had! Maher was the salesman I dealt with and he was so reassuring from beginning to end! No other dealership has been able to help me but the first thing he said to me was "Don't worry, we'll figure it out." That's an understatement! He was able to get me approved for a 2016 Hyundai Elantra that I was able to even drive home the same day! And let's not forget the man behind the scenes, Rami. He was the associate who dealt with the financial part of the process. He did everything he possibly could to get me a car loan with efficiency and continued professionalism. There are not enough fantastic things I can say about these two associates who went above and beyond their job description to get me a reliable car and out of my (seemingly) hopeless financial situation. If anyone I know who is looking for a new car Key Hyundai will be the first dealership I recommend. More

Extremely pleasant experience!! My husband and I had shopped another dealership a few weeks prior to last night and after 10 days of going back & forth they came up with a car that w My husband and I had shopped another dealership a few weeks prior to last night and after 10 days of going back & forth they came up with a car that we didn't want at a monthly payment we did not want (over what we told them was our max). We heard all the radio and tv ads, and thought there really wasn't any stock to what Key Hyundai was saying. WE WERE MORE than pleasantly surprised. Maher and Laqwan kept trying until my husband and I were happy. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle (lower mileage and price than previous dealership) and didn't finish the paperwork until after 9:30. An hour and half after they close - who does that for their customers. Would recommend Key Hyundai and our sales person Maher Tinawi to all who are looking for a great experience. TRUE STORY!! I worked with Maher Tinawi and he was SO helpful and very reassuring the whole time. He took the time to explain to me everything about the car I was buying and did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal out there. I've never felt so comfortable at a dealership. I didn't think I would get approved but he assured me many times he would make sure he could help me in any way possible. I left with a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and I am very pleased. Maher made sure I knew everything about my car and the service department and showed me around the dealership. I would recommend going to Key Hyundai and I would definitely advise everyone to work with Maher!!! More
