Andy is very down to earth and Key Hyundai is lucky to have him if it wasn’t for him , I would’ve left. Being on a fixed budget. I specifically stated I did not want the 999.paint guard and fiber guard protection. I then had to wait 3 hours to see Ken in financing as they seem to be very short on help. I kept wanting to leave which I should’ve but Andy convinced me to wait, I am recovering from an ankle tendon injury and was in pain .When I finally saw Ken, he would not give me a printout of all the charges so I did not know that I was being charged 999.00 He was very rude and short with me. He could have at least gone over each charge ! He could written down it down On a piece of paper !when I returned to pick up my car I saw the charge on my paperwork and they refused to refund or subtract that from the amount I owe the bank and they wouldn’t even come out and tell me . Plus something sketchy is going on as the finance manager still did not meet with me but kept giving the papers to the sales person to bring out to me for me to sign ?I think it’s poor business and it’s not acceptable ! Kyle would not even come out to talk to Me! It really ruined any excitement I had from purchasing my new vehicle! Not even an apology!p More

I let Haley know, that Andy Constantinaou who also works at Key was a friend of mine. The two of them teamed up together, and not only made my decision easy, they walked me through the features and benefits of the Hyundai Tucson I never once felt I was being sold. They made it quick and easy, and kept my brand new car payments about the same as my 2021. I love buying from people I trust, and you can trust both of them to be honest, take their time with you, and explain everything in detail. God Bless! More

I emailed Jill Merriam to discuss and never even heard back from her I will never go back and never recommend them. Needless to say i found the same car cheaper and a 2025 model instead a 2024 More

The customer service is outstanding too. The sales team works at their very best to understand what vehicle and features a customer desires. I recently purchased a red 2025 Elantra. The sales associate I worked with was Hayley Maxwell. She’s a very nice girl, she was very professional with me. I appreciate how she took the time to hear me out and understood what I was looking for. I feel she deserves the most out of making this sale to me. I’m very happy with my new Elantra. It’s beautiful, drives very well, has all the features I like. I went on Saturday 1/18 to speak with the salesman Andy about returning my current Santa Fe as the lease was up. He was very friendly and after talking a little bit about what I wanted he showed me a new 2 about returning my current Santa Fe as the lease was up. He was very friendly and after talking a little bit about what I wanted he showed me a new 2024 Santa Fe. He was very knowledgeable about the changes in the style of the car. When I said I liked it Andy went right to work getting me the monthly payment I wanted & getting the paperwork to finance. Then he went to work explaining all the new features in the car. He was VERY patient & very knowledgeable about all of it and once again made the information very easy to understand. If you are looking for a new car go Down to Key Hyundai in Milford & ask for Andy! He is the absolute best!! More
Key Hyundai of Milford went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted! I was being a bit picky and wasn't the biggest fan of the interior and they went out of their way to find me the exact color I pref the car I wanted!
