I had heard that crazy Jill Merriam ad on several radio stations for a few months as I drove around CT fixing computers for doctors' offices. I stopped in the Manchester CT dealership on a whim to look through the entire line as I had never really inspected the Hyundai lineup. My primary focus was gas mileage as I average $500/month in gas expenses. I compared the Sonata and Elantra to the Kia Forte, Chevy Volt and Impala, Toyota Corolla, Prius and Versa, Nissan Sentra and Altima, Dodge Dart, Ford Focus and Mazda 3. Hell, I even looked at the Tesla as it got great reviews from Consumer Reports. While all vendors can match car features, for a price, none of them could match Jill's price AND Worry Free warranties. After that, it was a no-brainer. West worked to get my monthly payment around $400. He worked with the bank to pay off my current loan and the insurance company to get the paperwork processed before I got there to pick up the car. And the next day, when I realized the insurance company forgot to send us the new insurance cards, he promptly called on my behalf and they faxed the cards in 5 mins. I'm no one special, just a regular guy off the street. West Dukes, the sales and finance managers, and the receptionist all worked as a team to ensure my experience was extraordinary. No high pressure, they just answered my questions and the car sold itself. They are not salespeople, they are solution providers-and now, they are my friends. I want to say that my experience at Key Hyundai was awesome. We entered the newly remodeled showroom and was greeted by Steven Cerasoli. He was very warm and friendly and my husband and I , immediately awesome. We entered the newly remodeled showroom and was greeted by Steven Cerasoli. We did so, we told him that we wanted to test drive the new elantra and Steven offered to pull one up, he preset some radio stations and turned on the ice cold air conditioning. He carefully showed us all the features on the car and took us for a scenic drive. It did not take long before my husband and I knew that this was the car for us. We took the car home the same day and have come back on occasion to visit Steven and thank him for his patience and professionalism. We have told all of our friends about Key Hyundai and will be sending in others to meet a true gentleman. More
