Great Experience!! I leased my first vehicle from Portsmouth Chevrolet in 2013. I first started dealing with Paul at that dealership for service. After I leased my secon I leased my first vehicle from Portsmouth Chevrolet in 2013. I first started dealing with Paul at that dealership for service. After I leased my second vehicle, I decided to have it serviced at Key Buick GMC in Somersworth as it is closer to my home. I was happy to see that Paul was now the service manager there. Paul is wonderful to deal with and explains the service and repairs very well. Paul Sansoucie is a tremendous asset to the Key Auto Group. I hope to continue to deal with him as I continue to lease more vehicles from Key. More

In and Out in 20 minutes I had a long day. I recently bought a 2018 Sierra from an dealership in Laconia. Took it at 630am for tail light malfunction, couldn’t fix. Local GMC I had a long day. I recently bought a 2018 Sierra from an dealership in Laconia. Took it at 630am for tail light malfunction, couldn’t fix. Local GMC dealership in Laconia couldn’t fit us in so called these guys. Had me in same day at 1:30 and out at 1:50 with a working tail light. Thanks guys! will definitely call in the future for issues. Friendly staff, nice waiting room. More
Way too long I went in for my free inspection I was there almost two hours ... I will say it seemed as if they care about your safety or just want to make money is I went in for my free inspection I was there almost two hours ... I will say it seemed as if they care about your safety or just want to make money is a little unclear to me. So it was two hours to find out I failed and had to leave without a clear sticker which is so unprofessional. I failed for my tires being at the limit an my hubs had a little play with one caliber causing the damage to both sides which I will take as true but unsure if it was a tactic since I’m too busy with work to check for myself self. I would say they are average garage in my opinion More

When the appointment was taking a little bit longer than planned, the Service Advisor, Liz, really went over the top to keep me informed and was genuinely concerned about the personal impact of the delay, even offering a loaner for me to complete some errands. Liz is an exceptionally considerate person whose customer centric focus has earned my future business! More
