They called Key Brought my car into Key Auto to be serviced, while servicing the issue they noticed an additional part that needed to be replaced. Service I bought a Compass in Lebanon. We didn’t have time for the inspection or detailing. I was told to take it your shop and it would be done there. I ma I bought a Compass in Lebanon. We didn’t have time for the inspection or detailing. I was told to take it your shop and it would be done there. I made the appointment, was told it would take 2 hours for the inspection and cleaning but they would have to take the car to a different location to be cleaned. I waited the two hours. I get my car back as it was barely vacuumed. They did take the plastic off the maps in the trunk, but they were dirty I don’t understand how I had such great service at one dealership and horrible service at another. More
