In past experiences when going to a dealership I've gone with the understanding that I will be there all day but this time that was not the case. Steven really took the time to listen to what kind of car I was looking to purchase. He gave me just a few color options that he had to offer, and within a blink-of-an-eye an eye I was looking at what was about to be my new car. Never once did he offer a suggestion outside my price range, or try to upsell me on a bigger vehicle then I wanted or needed.
