What a GREAT experience This has to be the easiest and most smooth transaction in my car buying experience ever. Derek and Jordan were such a pleasure to deal with. I inquired about the vehicle after finding it on the GMC Build and Price website. For the first text for availability, Derek was straight forward and gave me an at ease, non car buying feeling. I worked with a local dealer and got nothing but the run around for 3 weeks. After talking with Derek and coming up with a deal in about 2 hours, I decided that it was worth it. Worth What??? Worth me hoping in my truck, that I traded in and driving 7 hours one way to work with Key Buick GMC. YES... SEVEN HOURS! Once I arrived and met with Jordan, who was my sales consultant, I had an even more relaxed feeling. He made me feel super relaxed and comfortable about all of it. It felt like I drove 7 hours to give one of my closest friends a car deal. We finished up all the paperwork and away I went, 7 more hours back home. 14 hours of driving to buy a new truck. My friends said I'm crazy, I say it was a pleasure. A pleasure to do business with a SUPERB dealership. I arrived home and a couple days later Jordan called to check in, make sure I made it home safely and see if I had any questions about my new ride. UNBELIEVABLE service from Jaordan and Derek. All I can say is that I will see them again in 3 years when it's time for a new truck. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING AWESOME!!!! More

After sending in pictures of my vehicle for trade, my deal was completed over the phone with ease. I drove 5 hours from my home to purchase this vehicle, and I am really glad I did. When I picked up the truck, John was excellent in going over all the electronic and mechanical functions. Mark made the financial transaction with ease and without hassle. Derek the general manager was there for the whole process to make sure everything went smooth. There were no smoking guns, no bait and switch; complete honestly and transparency in the transaction. Final note of customer service above and beyond; I had left behind a pair of expensive computer reading glasses in the traded in vehicle. I called Derek and he found them and shipped them back to me with express shipping. Excellent experience and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Pat Robinson More

They called Key Buick, arranged drop off of the car, and GMC replaced the part free of charge as it was covered under the vehicle warranty. More
