Buyer Be Aware....this dealer does not back its product. We recently purchased an F250 from Barber Ford. Through he sales process the team was extremely helpful and professional. In 2 months the vehicle had been on Ford's service center in 3 differnt states and has cost over 1000.00 in repairs due to their service department not servicing the vehicle properly. This dealership does not back its product, does not return calls after the sell is made and becomes extremely unproffesional when confronted with the crap they sell. More

Very poor customer service both from sales and management!!!! Spoke to a salesman about a car and he took a 100.00 deposit on the car so it would not be sold prior to me coming in to look at it. M management!!!! Spoke to a salesman about a car and he took a 100.00 deposit on the car so it would not be sold prior to me coming in to look at it. Manager called me 2 hours later to tell me the car was sold the following night and the salesman Joe never checked if it was sold. Had me on hold for over 10 minutes checking if the car was still available but manager told me he never checked with anyone. Poor way to do business and the manager Paul apologized for Joe's action but did not even offer to have me come in and find another car. Four family members purchased cars from Barber Ford which is why I chose to buy a car from them. Will be letting all my family, friends and customers know how shady Barber Ford is!!! More
