Update to my previous service review. I took my daughters Jeep back on the 25th and saw Sales Manager Jay who took me to the Service Manager Jeremy for whom I have known for many years an I took my daughters Jeep back on the 25th and saw Sales Manager Jay who took me to the Service Manager Jeremy for whom I have known for many years and really like.. He was quick to apologize and ensured me that the Jeep would be fixed. Less than 24 hours later I have the Jeep back. Jeremy and his team rectified the issue by removing and replacing the wrong parts that were put on during the previous service. They also sent the Jeep out to ensure proper alignment. I just took it for a test drive and am very happy to say that my daughter will be safe driving her Jeep again now that Jeremy got involved. I want to thank Jay and Jeremy for understanding that my daughter drives this Jeep and nothing is more important to me (and them) than her safety. I am sure that I will be back at the dealership again when needed to work with Aristides for my next purchase or Jeremy when something needs service or regualr maintainence. More

Took my car in for a diagnosis on some noises that it was making. Within a very short amount of time they came out and said that it was the transmission and that it was on the “verge of failure.” That was a making. The actual problem? An alternator with shot bearings, and a bad wheel bearing. Had I taken the word of their “factory trained technicians,” I would’ve ended up paying thousands of dollars for a repair that only cost a few hundred. On top of that, I was charged $100 for this diagnosis. I don’t know how their sales department is but as far as the service department, I would stay away. More

They fixed the vehicle and charged me $500 deductible and called it a goodwill repair. I didn’t even ask them, they offered this to me as an option. Never have I been treated so well at a dealership. In doing this they have retained a lifelong customer. More
