Poulin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Problem was not resolved. I brought the vehicle in last year for the exact same problem. In both cases, the problem is reported to be "fixed" by doing some minor testing and checking, however it returns a year for the exact same problem. It occurred again this time the day after I got the vehicle back from Poulin. I believe that Poulin Service is not investing the time to understand the problem and if they cannot repeat or observe it with limited obeservation, then they basically do nothing. When I bought the vehicle at Poulin, they did not deliver what I ordered. I have been a Chevy owner since 1979, but I doubt that I will buy one again because of my experience with Poulin. Poulin Auto Country service is efficient, reasonably priced, friendly staff, the work is simply done right. In 5 years I have had to bring the car in once for the same repair. Everyone is very friendly from the moment I walk into the service department to when I pay my bill. They acknowledged me when I walked in the door, and when the appointment took longer than usual because the service department to when I pay my bill. I was very impressed, they didn't have to do that, but they did! My only negitive thing to say is that I miss the 'quiet room' for waiting for my jeep, I like to read while I wait and the TV is very distracting. More

Friendly, curtious, called when work complete, picked me up with a shuttle, no cost as this was warranty. Two rattles reported, were not found. One would not produce rattle when I picked up.
