Service department is a joke. They barely answer the phone and definitely don’t call you back. When my car needed work to pass inspection they quoted the work $1000 lower than act They barely answer the phone and definitely don’t call you back. When my car needed work to pass inspection they quoted the work $1000 lower than actual because they failed to include the cost of labor on some of the work (but explicitly included labor cost on a quote for something else so why would we expect the other to not include it). Then didn’t give us any update for how long it would take so we waited literally all day for it with them saying “one more hour” repeatedly. Will never come back. More

Do not think that you will get a call back from the salesperson you are dealing with. If you want information on a particular vehicle you have to keep in contact with them or they will forget to call y salesperson you are dealing with.
