Services are adequate, but not excellent. I specifically asked for my brakes to be checked with the scheduled tire rotation. My expectation was for an instrument-gauged reading of the pads. That’s fine for an observation, but knowing the exact amount of wear against the OEM pad width at new should be the result reported. I was left with the impression that I do not want to have the dealership maintain my brakes, as it may not be a certified technician/mechanic working on my vehicle. More
