I have worked with Brian Poulin directly, and many people in the Customer Service Department and with the Service team. The entire staff is friendly and very in-tune with their customers. I needed them to go in the Customer Service Department and with the Service team. The entire staff is friendly and very in-tune with their customers. I needed them to go above and beyond to help me fix my Caravan, one that I purchased used in 2008 from them. They took care of me, no questions asked. I will continue to use Poulin for all my auto purchases in the future. More

The service dept is what keeps me coming back to Poulin's....they are incredible and go out of their way to make sure that I'm happy. I highly recommend them! Also, I've owned my Jeep Liberty for Poulin's....they are incredible and go out of their way to make sure that I'm happy. I highly recommend them! Also, I've owned my Jeep Liberty for almost 8 yrs and it has close to 160,000 miles on it. It has been a great vehicle and I have not had to do any real major work to it. I'm getting ready to buy another Jeep within the next year. The only thing that holds me back from trading in this one is that it's been such an awesome car that I hate to part with it! More
