New Truck? I bought a brand new truck from you guys. Im 62 years old and this is my first new vehicle I've ever bought. Thinking I won't have any problems for a I bought a brand new truck from you guys. Im 62 years old and this is my first new vehicle I've ever bought. Thinking I won't have any problems for a while and I could take it anywhere, NOT !!! I've had electrical problems almost since day one.. NEW TRUCK? I went to leave two weeks ago and my truck wouldn't let me steer after I was already in drive and moving forward . Almost crashed! Was upset. Called you, "The Dealer" , You told me to call on star and get towed. Have you ever tried to get towed by On Star? IT SUCKED!!!! I had to pay extra to get the truck towed to you. Onstar wanted to take it to another dealer. I didn't ask you to reimburse me. You didn't arrange me a loaner car. Now I got my truck back and within two days I'm having like problems. So I parked it ten days ago and I'm not wanting to drive it. So, The fellow that I spoke to was nice guy but that didn't help out my concerns. How would you respond to this if you were asked ? I wonder if I'll hear back from you? You took my money and I'm making payments on a brand new truck that I don't want to drive as there are still issues.. More
