Ooooooo - I have a new SUV. And my experience was awesome. I typically do not have give out the highest rating because there is always room for improvement. But, there is a first time for everything. Mr. Cur I typically do not have give out the highest rating because there is always room for improvement. But, there is a first time for everything. Mr. Curtis and the Key Chevrolet staff made my car buying experience less stressful, enjoyable, and pleasant. My most stressful moments were letting go my Honda Pilot of almost 10 years, deciding what SUV I was going to replace Nina Cherry ( yes I named my Pilot) and having a car payment again. Even Mr Curtis made my decision making easy because he didnt overload me with multiple options because he listened to my needs. Never have I gone into a dealership and walked out the same day with my purchase. In the past, it was a few days of back and forth and much aggravation to the point of questioning "do I really want to purchase a new car?" I was comfortable with my purchase because my voice was heard, my questions were answered and I didnt get that " cheesy salesman attitude or taken advantage of because I am a woman. After I have signed away my life, children just about everything but the kitchen sink (just kidding) Mr. Curtis made sure I knew how to use/work every feature in my SUV before leaving. He even sat with me while going through the OnStar set up and activation. I have said all this to say, if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, stroll on down to Key Chevrolet in Middletown. You won't regret it. Cynthia G. More

Brought truck in for oil change and was asked if I’d like tires rotatated. At 9:00 appt I was asked when I need it by, told employee I’d like it before noon (figuring I’d get call when it was finished. Hour tires rotatated. At 9:00 appt I was asked when I need it by, told employee I’d like it before noon (figuring I’d get call when it was finished. Hour to change oil and rotate tires.) I also questioned about rebate being offered on oil change. Showed up 11:35 and truck was just brought in. When I questioned why it wasn’t done I was told” you wanted it before noon right”? I then went to pay and it was lower then I was quoted. When asked if tires were rotated Response was “you only wanted oil changed!”. As I was paying I again asked about rebate and paperwork had to be redone because rebate information had to be added. Three hours to do oil change and tire rotation was never done. Not a happy customer! Probably going back to Richard Chevrolet! More
