When we had issues with the truck, they were addressed for the most part. I understand a used truck is not going to be in perfect condition, but I think there could have been a little more effort to address cosmetic defects in the truck. There a few pointed out on the first visit and when I came to pick up the truck, it looked like they hadn't been touched. Otherwise, the people I worked with were mostly respectful and the process was easy (a little rushed) but considering the COVID circumstances, it was a good experience. More
