At the end of the day we purchased a car from here but it was after a challenging sales process. Neither the sales manager or the sales rep paid any attention to me, the wife, when my husband and I were in was after a challenging sales process. Neither the sales manager or the sales rep paid any attention to me, the wife, when my husband and I were in the dealership. Always deferred to him even though it was very clear that this car was for me, that I was the one making the purchasing decision, and at the end of the day I was the one to sign the check. After three visits they still didn’t remember my name but could always remember my husbands. Definitely would recommend that they reflect on how they work with female buyers and hopefully put efforts forth to hire female sales reps. More
