I had the most horrible and most humiliated experience from this dealership. It made me hate Chevrolet for the rest of my life even though I had a Chevy all my college time. I felt so disrespected and the from this dealership. It made me hate Chevrolet for the rest of my life even though I had a Chevy all my college time. I felt so disrespected and they really don’t know how to appreciate a costumer or how to make him /her satisfied. I liked a car they have and I offered $2000 less of their asking price, a man called ANDREW MELVIN was extremely rude in his way of rejecting my offer then within 3 days he lowered the price by more than $2000 on his website so I went back to him with that offer and I said I am here to buy the car let’s work on a deal please. He was so mad and he claimed that he didn’t know who changed he price. He jumped the price back on the same day only to lower even more the next day. I waited few days and I called to offer another offer with more money.They accepted my offer over the phone so I took half a day off from work, went to the bank to get the cash and headed to them again only to be refused and to be treated terribly by ANDREW MELVIN. I have no problem with not agreeing on a number but I do have a big issue with someone disrespecting me like ANDREW MELVIN. More

Excellent service. Thanks. I had to bring my vehicle, A 2014 Chevrolet Impala LT, to be serviced because the side detection system would not work. Chevrolet has come up with a wonderful solution to fix this problem and keep this system running properly. I also had an oil change and new wiper blades were installed. I used a coupon, I had received from this Dealer, that helped in reducing my total bill. Austin was extremely helpful. Even in replacing NEW plastic cover for my seats. For winter. Thanks,Carl More
