We got up early on a Saturday and drove up to see a Silverado 2500 HD. We had an appointment well in advance but Leo did not bother emailing us to say that truck had sold. Robert Van Woert in the finance office explained all my options in a very straight forward way. My initial contact was with the GM Dallas Rich -- he was gentlemanly and professional as well. Key Auto runs a tight ship and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car, truck or SUV to give them a try. They offered to work remotely but I opted to see them in person. I did take care of the credit app on-line and that saved some time. Great experience. More

June 17 purchase dateContract BotchedIt is July 22 June 17 purchase date Contract Botched It is July 22 Contract still botched We took delivery 6/17 and have had the car for a month Credit report June 17 purchase date Contract Botched It is July 22 Contract still botched We took delivery 6/17 and have had the car for a month Credit report ran again 7/17 without any warning that it would be 7/22 failed attempt confirmed. Credit still damaged from when they re-ran it without warning. Both original inquiry and the 30 day later inquiry took points off our scores both times. Now we are stuck with it with no apology or acknowledgement even still from the dealer. That's a financial hit, underserved, unexpected, and the dealership does not care at all. Very very sketchy and just terrible business practice. They said the deal "expired" even though we signed a contract and dropped over 4k on a down payment, and have had the car for a month Ignored when went into sign revised contract which was revised due to dealer error On 7/20 Wasted 2 hrs, miles, and money with kids in the car going there to not be helped. Dealer came out and again botched the re-sign 7/21 Said he would come back out to fix what signatures were missed. My wife waited after her work for him. He never showed, didn't contact her until I contacted him about it. Said he was too busy at the dealership. Never bothered to tell us though. This fail is so bad it seems intentional. Maybe I'll make a video. "Car Dealer Epic Fail". Still ongoing! 7/22 contract re sign unsuccessful again. Said they had a driver on standby to come to me. So I Told them I'd be home all day, my wife can be reached at her work again and it's the same scenario as 7/21 which was botched. I said I hope round 4 goes ok (4th attempt), they decided I said we would both go to them at 4pm? So they never came to me at all. Not sure how they came up with that one when I told them at about 1030am to come to me and I'd be home. 7/23 5th contract attempt 7/23, successful so far (I think) A man named Bruce came today. Cut and dry. He was polite and if no issues come up he was perfectly fine. Point, sign, done. 10 seconds. Who would've thought... I have no idea how they messed this up so many times. If rate him the best but he is not there. I put 80% of the blame on the rep I rated. I won't rate anyone else even if they played a part which they did. More
