I have bought multiple used cars from this Non-Pressure dealership, all through the same helpful salesperson. The atmosphere was very clean and updated. The lot and condition of used cars for sale were nea dealership, all through the same helpful salesperson. The atmosphere was very clean and updated. The lot and condition of used cars for sale were near mint as possible. I have recommended this dealer and salesperson to family and friends, who have both bought from here without problems. I am actually in the process now of looking for a used s.u.v. and have called James on several vehicles I have seen on their website, he was very fast in responding to my questions. Nothing yet, but with their size inventory and turnover rate, I'm sure he'll be calling me back with the right vehicle. More

I looked all over greater New England for what would be my future car. I knew exactly what I wanted in my car, and found plenty of them. However, the problem I've found with most of the dealerships I deal my future car. I knew exactly what I wanted in my car, and found plenty of them. However, the problem I've found with most of the dealerships I dealt with was either the price was not right, or the customer service was not satisfactory, or both. Until I got to Prime Acura North that is. Everybody there was super nice, super friendly, and most importantly, super knowledgeable with their cars and their inventory. They were very accomodating, patient, and did everything they could to meet my needs. I have admittedly said that I would not go to any other dealership for any vehicles I purchase in the future. Once you go to Prime Acura North, you'll never go anywhere else! More

salesman was excellent but the finance manager was horrible. Actually hung up on me when I asked him for my deposit back because he was trying to finance me at 13%.
