My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2010 TL (TL-SH Tech AWD, Silver) and had visited many dealerships in South Jersey (in addition to contacting many NJ dealerships online). We went to Boardwa (TL-SH Tech AWD, Silver) and had visited many dealerships in South Jersey (in addition to contacting many NJ dealerships online). We went to Boardwalk Acura and received a great offer with the best customer service ever! Everyone in the dealership was pleasant and helpful, even though we came to the dealership close to their closing time! Bill was friendly and very informative. We were able to complete our transaction that night and have been extremely pleased ever since. We love the new TL and we loved our experience at Boardwalk. If you are in the market for an Acura, I would definitely recommend Boardwalk! More

I have purchased 3 Acura vehicles from this dealer over the years. When I came back to Boardwalk Acura I planned to trade in my 2002RL, the last vehicle I had purchased from this dealer. Both Bill Shoemake the years. When I came back to Boardwalk Acura I planned to trade in my 2002RL, the last vehicle I had purchased from this dealer. Both Bill Shoemaker and Bill Becker were more than willing to spend the time and the effort to make the trade in possible so that I could drive away the same day with a new 2010MDX! The quality and ride of an Acura has yet to be surpassed by any other make and model vehicle I have ridden over the years and that is why I had to replace my RL with another Acura vehicle. I test drove Lexus and Toyota and neither came close to the smooth solid ride of the Acura. But above all both Bill Shoemaker and Bill Becker sealed the deal by making my visit to Boardwalk Acura as smooth and solid as the product itself! Without them I would have kept my RL and walked away and waited before making such a purchase! More
Visited Boardwalk Acura six months ago at the beginning of my car search, looked drove over 8 diferent vechiles and 3 brands, many at other Acura dealers, got what I thought was the best price and car (RDX of my car search, looked drove over 8 diferent vechiles and 3 brands, many at other Acura dealers, got what I thought was the best price and car (RDX) for what I was looking for but with extra fees at another dealer in Flordia. Went back wrote both Bill's told them the price that I would buy from them if they could find the car with color I wanted for that price no extra fees, just tax and state documentation. They delivered in a friendly, professional manner, in my opinion the best dealer expereince I had. I will recommend them to everyone who is in teh market for an Acura. More

This is our second Acura we have bought from this dealership. My first experience with them when I purchased my MDX was hassle free. We returned to purchase my wife's TSX this past week, 2 years later, and we had the same experience. They have a fair approach to pricing based on the research I had done prior to both purchases. The service and follow up provided by the dealership and the service department are what everyone hopes it could and should be. Bill Shoemaker sold us my wife's new TSX. Work with Bill and he will not disappoint. This is our second purchase form Bill. I was happy to see that Bill Becker was still there from my MDX purchase 2 years ago. Overall, this was the most pleasant buying experience I have had buying new cars over the years. More
I sent a price request through the internet, within 10 minutes I had a reply. Boardwalk Honda beat out all the Acura dealerships within a 100 mile radius. I wasn't quite ready to purchase, but within tw minutes I had a reply. Boardwalk Honda beat out all the Acura dealerships within a 100 mile radius. I wasn't quite ready to purchase, but within two weeks I was - they honored the price. I went in on a Thursday to sign a few papers. Went back on Friday - they had delviered the exact model RDX I wanted - color and all. When in on Friday to sign the final papers. I was in and out in 40 miniutes. Easist car buying experience I've had (this is my 6th car purchase.) I highly recommend Boardwalk Acura. No hassle. Honest. More
I recently returned to Boardwalk Acura in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ to exchange a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD(Super Handling-All Wheel Drive) car for a new 2010 Acura TL with front wheel drive. I had leased the car fr NJ to exchange a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD(Super Handling-All Wheel Drive) car for a new 2010 Acura TL with front wheel drive. I had leased the car from them in January 2009. Unfortunately, within a short time of taking possession of the SH-AWD TL, I realized that it was not the right car for me. I didn't need SH-AWD performance and didn't like the car's heavier ride. My lease expired in April 2012, but I was unwilling to pay penalties to get out of it. In early February, I received an email from Boardwalk Acura General Sales Manager Bill Becker. It offered to swap my TL for a new TL for the same lease fee. Knowing my feelings about the SH-AWD, I jumped at the chance. While the monthly front wheel lease would remain the same as the SH-AWD lease, I would get a new car and the promotion program would absorb any early penalty fees. Although it was a year later, Becker immediately recognized me when I entered the showroom. Upon hearing my story, he then arranged for me to test drive a front-wheel TL for a day, just to be sure. Sales associate Bill Shoemaker coordinated the loaner. Almost instantly, I realized that the smoother, lighter front-wheel TL was better suited to my driving habits and preferences. Becker quickly obtained the same color TL with the tech package, and we signed the papers within two days. It was a smooth transaction, and I am happy to be out of a lease that was clearly a mistake for me. Shoemaker then did a good job of handling the logistics-the transfer of my license tags, new insurance registration, subsequent demonstrations of technology, etc. Becker and company at Boardwalk Acura show concern for their customers. It goes beyond just selling a vehicle, as they all realize that a positive ongoing relationship increases their future sales, referrals and service. How refreshing in these economic times. Last year, my new SH-AWD TL had some technical problems. As so often happens, there were some glitches. However, the Boardwalk Acura staff worked to correct them within a short time, and I never had to return to address them. So, I would definitely recommend Boardwalk Acura for those looking for a new car. The cars are attractive, the prices are competitive, the follow-up is good and they are willing to work for their customers' business. More
