I would rate a full 5 stars but the entrance to service center is kind of sore site on the eyes. Bubbled up dirty carpet. Old bathrooms, etc. I just expect much better for Acura. Def needs a renovation. More

We've been trying to get a new building for the past eight years. While our carpet is stained, it's not dirty, and our bathrooms are old, but very clean. With the possibility that this was an honest mistake, your item ($50 bill) was returned to you immediately, even though you didn't mention this in your posted comment. As the General Manager of 8 years at this location, I would once again like to apologize and also state that this is not a normal occurrence. We value our customers tremendously.
