Subpar customer service from a shady company who lie I would not recommend Foothill Ford to anyone. I communicated back and fourth with them over the phone before making the 80 mile drive and they agreed I would not recommend Foothill Ford to anyone. I communicated back and fourth with them over the phone before making the 80 mile drive and they agreed they could honor a price of a certain vehicle. At this point, the customer service was great, very friendly and promising. So I drove 80 miles only to find out they refused to honor what they said over the phone. On top of that, their customer service is awful in person. They also filled out my profile with the wrong name and continued to call me by the name of my street (Amber). When I asked them to change it, they said it didn’t matter and continued to call me by the name of my street. There also was a particularly rude individual who spoke down to me and treated me like a child instead of a respectable individual. He did not take my business seriously and did not show any respect. I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from them even if they had honored the price we discussed over the phone. Conclusion: Subpar customer service from a shady company who lie to potential customers who end up wasting money in gas coming to their dismal dealership. More
