I love working with Kevin Grover. I don't trust the service team. This is why when we were there on friday my car was parked outside and it WAS not locked. Also every time I have gotten an oil change t service team. This is why when we were there on friday my car was parked outside and it WAS not locked. Also every time I have gotten an oil change there been grease on stuff. Kevin did fix it and I appreciate it. That why I came and got my car today because I didn't want on your lot unlock over night. Recently brought my GMC terrain in for oil change and detail. Was not satisfied with interior detail...looks like they only quickly vacuumed.
