Long wait for oil change, rewarded! Oil Change and recall notice on our Mazda CX5. Had our small grandson with us. Was supposed to be a 45 min wait, turned into a 2 hr. wait. Comfortable waiting area and our almost 2 grandson loved all the cars in the showroom. There was an issue with our drain plug, caused the delay. The service department completely covered the cost because of the long wait. Thank You!!! More

Extremely helpful & friendly! I took my Mazda CX7 for a tire repair. With very little waiting time, the service manager was able to give me an evaluation of my tire problem! Appare I took my Mazda CX7 for a tire repair. With very little waiting time, the service manager was able to give me an evaluation of my tire problem! Apparently I had hit something in the road and the tire was not able to be repaired. But since I had bought the tire there and had very little mileage on it, the service manager was able to replace my tire with a new one at no expense due to road hazard. The new tire was quickly put on and, as a courtesy, they also checked all the fluids on my car and the brakes! What great service! More
