Quick Lane is slow!! It took me 3hours cyan Oil Change and Slow Leak in tire I had to return the next day because the Slow Leak was not repaired and somewhere in the process the Wheel Cap was lost or not and Slow Leak in tire I had to return the next day because the Slow Leak was not repaired and somewhere in the process the Wheel Cap was lost or not reinstalled properly I had to get another shop to repair the Slow Leak..... their second attempt to repair FAILED More

Poor customer service I informed the service manager that I needed a loaner when I dropped my GMC Sierra off for service. No loaner was available when I arrived. I left and I informed the service manager that I needed a loaner when I dropped my GMC Sierra off for service. No loaner was available when I arrived. I left and 2 hours later was told a loaner was ready. I got to Kerry GMC and had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean the loaner. They did fix one of the problems I listed. The other two were written off as could not duplicate. Since I had my truck in there the other two concerns have occurred two more times. Funny they couldn't duplicate. I will no longer consider Kerry Auto for new trucks or service. More
