Auto start stop not working. The Shop kept my car for 4 days and My problem was not fixed and problem still exist. I was told it should take about 4 hour to fix but they kept my truck for 4 days what no reason for the defect. Was called the morning of July 12 the auto start stop was working. The issue was not fixed and I called the next day and ended up making other appointments for the same problem on August 1. VERY FRUSTRATING!! More

I was in for a 20k mile checkup. They added a recall (software update) at the counter. I left my car for the day and Kelly called me about 4:00 to tell me it was finished. Kelly wasn't there so another employee checked me out. Couldn't have been any easier. More
