I am a lifetime Ford customer who has lived all over the country. This is the absolute worst ford dealership I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They screwed up my financing deal, didn't link a purchased warranty to my vehicle, and the service dept is the most unprofessional staff I have come across at any dealership. The service manager Steve Rucker is a weird insecure little man who comes out of his tiny office trembling with anger and refuses to have any sort of logical or cordial conversation. He has no business being in a management role. Do yourself a huge favor and never purchase a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced at this location. More

I stopped into the service department to see when I could get my recently delivered Bronco inspected for drivetrain/brake system defect. I purchased my vehicle from another local dealer and was in the area and I had a few minutes of free time. From the moment I arrived, every employee was incredibly positive, helpful, and professional. The service dept staff went out of their way to get me taken care of despite their busy service department. They offered to have the quick change service department do a fast inspection, in the hopes of saving me time, to look for a possible quick fix opportunity to get me back on my way, ASAP. Both Evan - the Service Advisor and Antonio -the Technician took care of the situation within a very short amount of time (30 min) identified it and fully resolved my issue. While anticipating the long delay, I stopped in to see Brandie -the Sales Product Specialist to look for another vehicle. She was very helpful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable of all the vehicles today that inquired about. Folks the service from this dealer (Service /Sales) was first-rate. I have not visited a Ford brand dealer that demonstrated this amount of professionalism, care, resolve, and efficiency in a very long time. They have earned my current and future business. More
