I waited 2 days and called them back to see what was going on. I explained I needed a loaner car do to an emergency in the family, sister going under hospice care, she said she would see what they could do and if it would be covered... I was called next day and they had a loaner car for me. I had loaner car a week and my car was ready. Alternator went out.
