Service Review. I came in Sat. morning at my appointed time at 11:00 to get my Jeep Wrangler serviced. They took it right in. Service and replace rear door catch, one I came in Sat. morning at my appointed time at 11:00 to get my Jeep Wrangler serviced. They took it right in. Runs Smooth as the Day I Bought It My 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been running rough for quite a while. We had taken it the shop several times but no one could figure out the prob My 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been running rough for quite a while. We had taken it the shop several times but no one could figure out the problem. The " check engine" light came on and we ended up at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They only had my jeep for about 5 hrs and we left with it running as smooth as the day I bought it. Just been a couple of hours but we are really pleased. More

Took vehicle in for warranty/recall work. Windows go up and down and locks and unlocks all by itself. Was promised it would be kept in. We visited the dealership. The 2011 Challenger RT Classic was outside and down and locks and unlocks all by itself. Was promised it would be kept in. We visited the dealership. The 2011 Challenger RT Classic was outside in a huge storm, 3 plus inches of rain and the keys could not be located. Call backs from people in charge are like pulling eye teeth. We were told that we purchased the car from them they would give us a loaner car but since they didn't have this car and we purchased it in Myrtle Beach, nope no loaner. But it will take over a week for the part just to arrive here. But after they could not locate the keys and left the vehicle out over night we were told they would make it right. If this is their right, I am terrified to see their wrong. Worst car dealership experience of our 30 plus years of dealerships. More
