In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion with my earlier complaint regarding this company . I should have done more research, this company has a process when it comes to problems with an order which I overlooked and it appears they take their reviews seriously . I was contacted by Steve Overby who runs the parts division of MoparAmerica who became aware of my problem and immediately took steps to right the issue. Not only did I receive the correct order but it was delivered over the weekend and in 3 days . With a response like this you can bet any future parts that I need will come from MoparAmerica . Thank You MoparAmerica and Steve . Also thanks Bill for the extras . More

Would fight with PayPal but just blew it off. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! More

Appalling service experience Absolutely appalled and in shock! My wife and I have ALWAYS referred people to this dealership and were planning on our next purchase from them until Absolutely appalled and in shock! I am posting this here for all to see and following up in several forums to see if any will resolve this prior to my contacting Chrysler corporation and seeking legal advice for small claims. I am betting they will not though if they do I will update my comments and give credit if it is due! We are a Chrysler family and one of our vehicles, a 2005 Chrysler 300, quite running. Vehicle was towed there as we were heading out of town on vacation and I authorized repairs "up to $1000" while I was gone. The mechanic found a broken timing belt due to a socket being left behind during a recent change (our fault NOT theirs), and a dinged up cam sprocket. Mind you this is an interference engine......They completed those repairs and naturally the car wouldn't start. They remove the intake plenum and spark plugs and said that every piston was hit and one punctured. We were given the option of a used engine at a cost greater than the value of the car. Every place we called said they would have looked in the cylinders FIRST as any internal damage and nothing but a rebuild or replacement would fix. When my wife went in and spoke to them about the bill the service adviser told her it was cheaper the way they serviced the car....REALLY??? She asked why when the belt was found to be broken, why didn't they look in the cylinders for damage FIRST before anything else...They said they didn't have a camera....REALLY?? My wife asked then how did they look in AFTER the repairs? The service manager acted like a complete unprofessional, threw his hands up in the air, slammed them on the desk and informed her "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER!". When my wife tried to get the general manager, she was told "Oh he is a floater and not here and looks after several dealerships". This is how you treat customers loyal to a brand and dealership???? I could understand a couple hours of labor to find that the belt is broken, then remove the upper plenum and spark plugs to bore-scope the cylinders, but what we were charged was NOT reasonable, and according to the other Chrysler dealerships we called and every mechanic we spoke to, with an interference engine it should have been bore-scoped FIRST when the belt was broken. I will bet the Chrysler corporation agrees..... Dealerships wonder why people try to avoid them for service, and this is why. More

I had a few problems when I purchased it but it was to be fixed with the deal I worked out when I bought it. It was supposed to take 30 days to be fixed... or so I was told. After them constantly cancelling my appointments for the truck to be fixed I finally was able to bring my truck in 3 months later. It took them this long for them to get the plastic piece to go over my dash cluster. Upon picking my truck up they never even replaced that part that I've been waiting on for months, not to mention how they dented my bumper while it was in their shop. The BIG problem I'm currently having and the reason I'm writing this review is because I was supposed to be getting a free oil change which they said they did when I had my truck there. A little after a month of having my truck back, my engine light came on and my truck was overheating. I checked the oil and I've never seen dirtier oil in my life. Mind you, I still have over a thounsand miles and over a month till my next oil change, so there's absolutely no way the oil should be that dirty. Also I'm in the military and they know this because they gave me a discount when I purchased the truck. They knowingly took advantage of me, lied to me, and now am looking at thousands of dollars to fix the problems that should have never even happened. More

They agreed to repair the window at signing but I had to bring the jeep in for repairs. I work 3rd shift and brought the vehicle in at 9am. At 11am I was told the wrong windshield was ordered and I had to come back and there was nothing they could do. No loaner or have windshield replaced at my home for the inconvenience. The manager insulted my intelligence by saying sometimes they don't know what window goes to a vehicle.... isn't that what the vin is for? They could care lass about my time. More

I took my 2015 Rubicon in for a service before my warranty ran out. I was greeted by Loriann and she helped me get my vehicle taken care of. However, some of the items were not fixed and when I contacted her, she referred me to Jennifer and she immediately made an appointment for today to have them corrected. They were still having some problems identifying them and they had the Manager sit with me and review each problem until we identified what the issue was and he fixed them. I was very impressed with the prompt service and sense of urgency to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend Loriann to anyone that wants get service and professional attitudes. More
