I was rudely hung up on after being a customer for 7. 5 years! I called asking a question in my attempt to explain what I was trying to ask I was laughed at and hung up on. I called back they didn’t answer it was the 4th time calling back that they answered I am beyond upset very unprofessional to hang up on someone when they have questions. I needed to schedule a service appointment but was not able to because I was hung up on! More

Like every other dealer I've experienced, never would I thought bringing my truck back to selling dealer I'd have same experience. On Friday May 12, 2023 I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Sport in for thought bringing my truck back to selling dealer I'd have same experience. On Friday May 12, 2023 I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Sport in for 100k service. Jennifer assisted me as my service advisor with a young man in training. I allowed them to take care any and every recommendation that was listed which cost me exactly $2,724.77 (LOF, Differential flushes, Coolant, Transmission, Filters, & Brakes). Long Story short, no appointment was made and upon my arrival I was told they are booked, but due to all the services I'm asking to be checked they just happen to find some time to not only squeeze me in but have my vehicle ready for pick up next day. Conversing with Jennifer and service department crew I stressed to her how much bad experience I have going to other dealers and being told go back to selling dealer. Now that I'm at selling dealer I'd hope to have a good relationship and understand my travels upon services. Jennifer assured upon swiping my card if I ever need service and going to be in the area just give her a heads up and she'll get me taken cared. Jennifer showed all the willingness and joy upon servicing me as she was cashing me out. Since leaving the dealership Jennifer has reached out to me numerous of times assuring my service was great and continue to remind me a survey was going to be coming to my email. Wednesday June 14 I sent a heads up text to Jennifer my travels will be local and I'm due for oil change. I got a reply back 9:27am the next day June 15 "Unfortunately we are completely booked until tomorrow" Myself being a owners operator I decided to cancel my cancel my next trip and wait for the following day for service. I followed up with Jennifer informing I'd be staying to recieve service the following day. Not receiving a reply I reached back out to Jennifer for confirmation since my trip is now canceled. 11:12am I received a response: "We do not have any availability until Tuesday for any type of Service" and in my reply "Every dealership is the exact same.. I never made appointment for last service but due to me having so much getting done time is always found for big services, when I return for lof after big services no dealers can find time it's quite disturbing and makes me not want to come back to service. I'd respect if you found the time and gave me same service as if I was spending the 3500 I spend my last service. But since it's no profits in this job its not a priority to squeeze me in like I was squeezed in last non appointment visit. Note I will not return for service and I will be leaving a review of my opinion as you been asking me to complete survey. More

Very DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED with how we have been treated by service and management at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kernersville, NC! My husband and I bought a used truck from Kernersville treated by service and management at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kernersville, NC! My husband and I bought a used truck from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Hwy 66 in Kernersville, NC, in February 2022. We noticed the truck was leaking water inside the front windshield the weekend following our purchase. My husband took the truck to the dealership, where it was purchased the following week. They referred him to Kernersville Tire and Diesel to find the problem and perform repairs. Kernersville Tire and Diesel stated the problem was a leak around the third brake light and sealed it at no charge. Unfortunately, the problem continued. My husband returned to Kernersville Tire and Diesel with the same complaint. Again, they sealed the third brake light at no charge. The water leak continued after now two attempts at repairs. My husband has repeatedly taken the vehicle to Kernersville Tire and Diesel for the same issue since owning the vehicle, now almost a year. The problem remains. We now have the truck back at the dealership where it was purchased, Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They say it is not the third brake light but a cracked frame around the back glass window. They are telling us it will cost over $1000.00 to repair. We feel we have been deceived for a year. The original problem remains. The repair company the dealership referred us to has not accurately documented the instances we have had the truck to them with complaints of the same problem. The dealership won't cover the cost of repairs because they say we have had the vehicle for a year, and it is now a new problem causing the water leak. More

The service center is terrible! I took my jeep in twice under warranty had to rent a car while they “replaced the oil pump” and “changed the oil” then my check engine light comes on I took my jeep in twice under warranty had to rent a car while they “replaced the oil pump” and “changed the oil” then my check engine light comes on I read the code and it says low oil pressure. I then check and the dipstick is dry so I have my ase certified mechanic pull the plug and only two quarts of oil comes out of my jeep! Don’t EVER take a vehicle to them for service! They replaced an oil pump left a dirty filter in and then put a sticker in the windshield saying they changed the oil. Now I’m inconvenienced to have to have my jeep looked at because their mechanics screwed up. More
Had a 10am appointment on Tuesday August 30 2022. Arrived on time. I was there for a 30,000 mile service on transmission which is drain and replace fluid. I also was within 60 miles of my 3yr 36000 bumper to bumper warranty going out. The service writer told me the pan had to be dropped to drain fluid I should change filter as well as fluids and also that I needed to service the reared and transfer case along with air filter and cabin air filter. I also told him I live 2hrs away and I would be waiting on my vehicle. While waiting I got on the internet and researched the service interval and I was right it is fluid only at 30,000 miles and the transmission does indeed have a drain plug. Also the transfer case and rear end is to be checked at 30,000 miles not changed. at 1120 I go outside and look to see if they had started on my truck and thankfully my truck was still sitting outside and they had not started on it, but you would think since I had an appointment for 10am and was waiting on it. I immediately told the service writer to bring me my truck, If they don't have enough since to know the service interval or whether there is a drain plug then I don't want them anywhere near my truck, would not recommend this place for service. Cant speak for sales because I have not purchased a vehicle here. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. More
The service department is too expensive! I was there on Tuesday to have my window and digital display repaired and the window was 385 dollars and the radio was 1000 dollars. That is UNBELIEVABLE that a broken window button would cost that much and the repairs for the radio are more than my car payment itself. I thought I had a lifetime warranty on the vehicle only to find out at the dealership service department that I only had a extended warranty. So I was mislead or down right lied to about a warranty contract that I never even signed! Now I am left with costly repairs for the radio to be replaced and some upholstery repairs that I haven't even mentioned in this review. Securely, Very upset and angry customer! More
