Traveled 1 1/2 hours for warranty tire replacement & tailgate. Waited 2hours noticed truck still sitting in the same spot. no word from service !!!,So we check with- Jennifer,-Surprise,,, she says its tailgate. Waited 2hours noticed truck still sitting in the same spot. no word from service !!!,So we check with- Jennifer,-Surprise,,, she says its all done !!! REALLY ? Look at tire !!! The same original cracked tire ...They wrote "REPLACED" - WORK COMPLETED ... ALL LIES... They never touched it. She takes it in to change tire with excuse after excuse. 4o some minutes later "WE" check on status. The truck is sitting in parking lot,,, SAME xxxx TIRE,,, SHE says ,,,we dont have your tire !!! REALLY !!! ...She lied over & over Excuse after Excuse ,,,I tried to find you ! I tried texting you ... ALL LIES ...Over 3 hours waisted... NO APOLOGIES, just Excuses...I would Never take any vehicle to them... The Blatant Dishonesty, I give her 5 stars ... Her service skills,,, I wont even reward with 1 star... More

Happy Valentine's ❤️ Day to me! !! Last week I purchased my 3rd (yes I said 3rd) Jeep from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In 2013 I made my first purchase from KCDJR, it was a !! Last week I purchased my 3rd (yes I said 3rd) Jeep from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In 2013 I made my first purchase from KCDJR, it was a Jeep Patriot. 8 years later I returned and traded in my Patriot for a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 2DR. However, it was time for something slightly different because my 2 door Wrangler needed to be a 4 door. I just needed more space. Last week I drove off the lot in a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport (4-door 4WD) and am SO flippin' in love with it that I can hardly contain myself. I'm literally over the moon. But see...here's the thing, Sept 2023 I moved from GSO to Leland, NC and I STILL DECIDED TO MAKE THE 3 HOUR DRIVE BACK TO KCDJR BECAUSE I TRUST THEM 100%. For the past 11 years, they have taken great care of me, and I've always received top-notch treatment from their management, sales, finance, service, and customer service staff. Thank you, April, Clint, David, Reid (mgmt/sales/finance), Jen (service), and Ethan (who showed me all the bells and whistles in my new whip)!!! Y’all continue to make me feel like a Jeep Princess... who can still drive a manual transmission 😉and will until Jeep stops making them....or my knees need replacing! More
