I'd like to say Daniel is an asset to your dealership. . we came from Goldsboro NC and that was over 3 yrs ago. We bought Ram 2500. We came again last year bought a Ram 3500 with trade then , returned A . we came from Goldsboro NC and that was over 3 yrs ago. We bought Ram 2500. We came again last year bought a Ram 3500 with trade then , returned April of this year and bought A Ram 1500 night edition. Daniel has been the Salesman each time. He's very polite and helpful . Sold me a car with a known defect not repaired and outside of warranty. After knowing I drive 7 hours to pick up the car and then had to drive 7 hours back home. It's not lost to me not to trust car s outside of warranty. After knowing I drive 7 hours to pick up the car and then had to drive 7 hours back home. It's not lost to me not to trust car salesmen but they also lied and said it was up to state emissions. I hope the right person sees this and it can save you a pretty penny. BUYER BEWARE if purchasing used vehicle! !!! Was looking for a Jeep for my 18 year old son. Wanted to buy from a dealership since purchasing used. I felt that a reputable dealer would take !!! Was looking for a Jeep for my 18 year old son. Wanted to buy from a dealership since purchasing used. I felt that a reputable dealer would take pride in selling even if the vehicle was used. Not this dealer. I understand as is with no warranty but a dealer should not sell to someone knowing there is extreme rust to undercarriage and engine bolts. We purchased a low mileage 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport in April of this year. Small issue with ABS light recently so took it to my mechanic. He could not believe a reputable dealer sold this Jeep to anyone with the rust issues to the undercarriage and engine bolts. Recommendation from mechanic was to get rid of it quick. Will cost a fortune in the near future if we don’t. I am a single Mom who knows nothing about these kind of things which is why I purchased from what I thought was a reputable dealer. No, they are just out for money. I expected small issues since purchasing used but nothing like this. My mechanic was 2 hours away so I couldn’t take it to him prior to purchasing, but again buying from a so called reputable dealer with their own mechanics I did not worry so much. BIG MISTAKE!!! Will not happen again! Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership they are not honest people only out to make money! STAY AWAY!!!! And yes they also provided a excellent carfax report. Go figure! Again my mechanic was in disbelief knowing they inspected this vehicle prior to selling to us. Please stay away and do not trust this dealership I beg you don’t make the same mistake we did!!! This was a lesson as a single mother I could not afford. I had been saving for this purchase for 10 years and what should have been a memorable experience for us has turned into a nightmare!!!!!!!!! More
