Craig, We appreciate you sharing your opinion/experience online. Sorry to hear of you having issues with a truck you purchased and your overall experience with Steve and our Company. We have been in business for over 20 years and have thousands of positive reviews and happy customers across the country. We never like to see or hear negative thoughts about our company or our team members, but we appreciate the constructive feedback to help us improve. A few things in regard to your review id like to address. We have every vehicle inspected by a third-party company to help avoid car issues. When you left with the vehicle, everything was in working order. I wish this wasn't the case, but unfortunately, cars can have issues at any time outside of our control. This is the first time we've heard about the issues you were having that the factory warranty wouldn't cover some warranty items for you due to aftermarket parts. We didn't install any aftermarket parts or additions to this truck, but would still be happy to help you navigate the repairs if you still need them. We have company policies in place to help keep our process consistent for all of our customers. These policies help with things like discounts, gas, and products. We offer military discounts, make sure each car has at least 1/4 tank of gas, and offer all customers the same extended coverage options on vehicles. All of these policies are made to enhance an overall customer experience during the purchase and years after you leave with a new car. I appreciate the response but frankly some of your response does not match my experience. I did not leave the dealership with 1/4 tank of gas. I went straight to the gas station and have a picture of filling up the tank to show that. Not to mention I was under the impression that I would be receiving a full tank of gas, not 1/4. Regarding the discounts being the same to customers, my friend received a nurses discount just a week or two before our purchase. When we asked about it, Steve told us that they normally do offer discounts for nurses but for this truck they wouldn’t be which I don’t think fits the “consistent customer experience” you mention. I asked Steve multiple times about filling the gas tank to which he said he was asking the manager and then never followed up. If you want to refund me the nurses discount and some gas money that seems like an appropriate remedy for my experience. Regarding the issues with the truck. It is my understanding the truck was one of the store managers before I bought it, so I find it hard to believe that he didn’t know more about the aftermarket parts, and how it effects the warranty, or any of the potential issues. I recognize I should have been more diligent in my purchase and inspected the vehicle more closely. I assumed that because it was a newer car with low miles it wouldn’t have any issues and if it did, it would all be covered by the factory warranty. Then given the positive reviews for your dealership I trusted the dealer to disclose any issues. The truck has alignment and braking issues that seem to be related to the aftermarket leveling kit which I’ll have to pay for repairs on. These issues were noticeable from the day I got the truck so I assume the store manager who had the truck before me was aware of them. At the time I wasn’t concerned about the issue because I assumed it would be repaired under the warranty. Now I know that isn’t the case.

This vehicle like all others went through a full inspection and all recommended items were addressed. It is difficult to know what repairs will be needed down the road, especially on cars of this age and mileage. Our honest reputation and integrity is, and has always been what separates us from other dealers. We will always help even in scenarios like this where we have no obligation to. At the end of the day, we want to do what's right. We have spoken with Joespeh multiple times and have offered some financial assistance and help with the mentioned repairs.
