I had been looking for a Chevy Tahoe for several months when I finally decided to go visit Kentson in Bountiful. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extremely effective business model that cuts out the usual overhead found with larger car dealerships. This business model allowed for the pricing to be better than everyone else. We decided to purchase one of Kentson's cars within 2 hours. Bronson was extremely helpful in the process and everything went smooth. I definitely want to echo the other reviews on this website. You can tell by the other ratings, and from my own personal experience, that buying a car from Kentson is not the same experience you probably have had in the past on purchasing a car. Look around for a while. Visited several large dealer lots and got the typical run-around. Wasted most of a Saturday at one lot to try and purchase a suburban advertised online only to find out that the lots and got the typical run-around. Wasted most of a Saturday at one lot to try and purchase a suburban advertised online only to find out that the price advertised was with dealer financing and was going to cost me $2000 more to pay cash. Discovered Kentson online. Called and made appointment. Pricing was up front. Once we had decided on the right car, the paperwork literally took 30 minutes and we were driving off the lot. My experience could not have been better. Bronson is fair and honest has my best recommendation. More
Best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle!! We scheduled an appointment with Bronson and it was awesome. The prices were great and we did not have to spend any time nogotiating to get to that price. All the vehicles that were shown to us were in great shape with low miles. I've purchased several vehicles in the past few yrs mostly 2-3yrs old from smaller dealerships because I understand the savings vs. buying new. My wife was finally tired of the 7 yr old SUV we purchase mostly 2-3yrs old from smaller dealerships because I understand the savings vs. buying new. My wife was finally tired of the 7 yr old SUV we purchased new from a big name dealer(wish I knew more then). I was on a mission to find a family SUV mostly price driven with my wife pushing for something brand new. We drove through big name dealers looking at the prices in the windows(giving me a heart attack) and going through the same STUPID run around. "We can't quote you a price on the phone", "We won't quote you a price in the parking lot", "You have to come inside and meet my mgr to get a price", which I wouldn't do because I knew that would be my Saturday wasted and $15K-$20K more that it was worth. I was PRICE driven but wanted brand new. I went to AutoTrader.com and I put in 1yr old with less than 20K mi. and Kentson pulled up with several SUV's that were priced fair and were nearly new! I thought it was interesting that it was by appointment only. After making one call and scheduling a time to meet Bronson I quickly learned why. Bronson is the owner, operations and sales. He's no hassle, straight forward and offering a great deal. I learned quickly too that his inventory lasts a couple days and it's gone. He had our SUV for 2 days! I also learned that people are flying in from all over the country to buy vehicles from Bronson and he himself is picking up clients from the airport! He's creating a name for himself specializing in SUV's. If you feel the pressure from your wife to buy new but don't want the hassle and runaround from the BIG guys. Save yourself $thousands. I've already sent a friend to Bronson. More
A one year old Yukon at a trade in price? I did not believe it myself. I have been looking around for a while and was considering purchasing a brand new Yukon. I keep pretty busy so my brother agreed to do some online research for me. He found Kentson Car Company had a lot of suburbans listed for great prices. He convinced me to at least check them out. I prepared myself for the traditional hype, wasted time and sales pressure that I would undoubtedly feel. Only strange thing was I had to call first for an appointment. That seemed funny, but I quickly understood as I learned that Bronson is the owner/salesman. He met with me one on one and showed me what he had in stock. There were 4 trucks there and any one of them would meet my needs. All were fairly priced, I had to simply decide which options/color I wanted. I had not planned to purchase anything when I left my house but found I could ot pass up such a great deal. I spent a total of 30 minutes selecting my new car. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, no hassles. No more than 24 hours later and I was driving my new Yukon home. I would definitely rcommend Kentson Car Company to anyone. No painful wasted hours of haggling or playing games. 30 minutes one day to find the car and 30 the next to quickly sign the paperwork. Bronson responded to every question, call or email. This is how car buying should be! Simple easygoing approach, no wasted time, and responsive to my needs. I would not have normally believed a review like this myself, but you owe it to yourself to try this out. I am happy that I did!! More

Our recent search for a family car lead us to Bronson Sulsur and the most pleasant, efficient, simple, flexible,… (I could go on)…. Car buying experience I have ever had. Not to mention we felt like, when all was said and done, we had purchased our car at the best price available in the market. (I drive my wife crazy with my endless search for the “best deal”) (We happen to be the Chevy Suburban type family) This dealership is accessible, responsive, resourceful, knowledgeable, professional, and down right refreshing. We scheduled an appointment to preview a few selected vehicles and drove away very satisfied with the result. They worked very hard to, listen to what we were after, and then explained every option, and worked to put it all together in a way that minimized our time commitment. During this experience, I think I sat in a chair for a total of about 8 minutes. I never had to be put on hold by an operator, or be sent to the parts department. The process was very convenient. I would travel a long way to work with this company. I would add two simple suggestions for working with this dealer. 1st Don’t drag your feet. If you see something in their inventory that you like, pursue with haste. Nothing sits at this lot because it is priced better then the market. And 2nd be prepared to let go of all previously held negative car dealer stereotypes. This place is different. Throw a any king of survey you would like at me. I give excellent as the rating in every category for this dealership and our experience. More
