Kentson Car Company is a jewel among the garbage that is the used car market. I worked with Bronson and he is unquestionably the most genuine and affable salesperson you could ever envision. The sales process was smooth and enjoyable and there was no haggling or silly business because Kentson prices are already the best in the region. No kidding. Check around. Because Kentson has a unique business model as an online dealer focusing on volume sales, the prices are stellar. Inventory is also premier. Many competing dealers, including others in Utah, are now trying to copy what Kentson has been doing for over a decade, but they fail in every respect. I won't bash them here, but compare selection, price, customer service, and the people behind the business and you'll not be purchasing elsewhere. I had looked online for quite a while trying to find a good used Suburban or Yukon XL. I kept running into a bunch of low mileage, extremely well-priced Suburbans and Yukons from Kentson Car Company. After looking at the website, inventory, and reviews, I just had to see what this was all about. We met Bronson around 11:00 AM on Friday June 3, and I was driving home a 2011 Suburban with 9800 miles the next morning. Like others had stated in their reviews, he is the sole operator. I was very impressed with his approach and he answered all of my questions about the cars, the process, and about his business. My wife and I test drove the one with our favorite trim and took it to a service shop to have it checked out. We were done at about 1:30 PM and Bronson took care of all the paperwork (including a trade-in) and got it to the Credit Union so I could get my loan all worked out that very afternoon. In the morning I simply met him again to give him the check and sign two or three documents. Easy. And by the way, he had the DVD player installed that same afternoon. I could tell that he genuinely wants a satisfied customer and he works hard to achieve that. He doesn't make a ton on these cars, he just sells a lot of them and has a lot of happy customers. When I'm ready for a more recent model I hope he hasn't grown so much that he can't work with everyone individually. My hunch though is that this is bound to happen. Today he just added another client to his growing list. More

Usually when it's "too good to be true"..... something' usually goes wrong...however this dealer and the transaction was an exceptional experience. If nothing else we could spend the day and look around Salt Lake for other dealers. We shopped from Boise to California, knowing what we were after and wanted a good deal too. Kentson Car Co filled that desire fully. His experience and super clean vehicle clenched the deal.
