Brandon and Isaac were both very helpful when we brought our new explorer. They helped to make sure we were getting the best deal with the dealership as well as interest rate at the bank. Very poor experience they knew we were coming did not wash the car or have it ready. When discussing price they charge a ridiculously high doc fee of almost $900 and would not budge on price except to sa wash the car or have it ready. When discussing price they charge a ridiculously high doc fee of almost $900 and would not budge on price except to say $150 off because your military. When we said we wanted the car the said oh we can run it through somewhere or you can and send us the receipt. We later sent the receipt and they said oh that $150 off should cover it. The sales men don't care they are salary. Im not sure why this dealership was so highly rated it was a terrible experience for such an expensive vehicle. I do not recommend them. More
