My experience here at kentson car company was great! They took the haggling and bargaining of a normal dealership totally out of the equation. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and they quickly were able to tell me the amount they would be able to give me for my trade-in. I didn't have to waste hours with numbers and negotiating. Cache was very patient while I drove several different cars and looked over each car very carefully. Instead of spending hours working numbers and filling out paperwork I spent the time choosing the car. Once I decided it was easy and quick. I couldn't be happier. Bought a 2011 Nissan Armada for my wife for Christmas from Kentson Car Company and had an excellent experience. I had spent some time looking around at traditional dealers before coming across Kentson. Dealing directly with the owner Bronson was refreshing. There were no high pressure salespeople trying to "wheel and deal" with you or saying "I am going to have to check this out with my supervisor." The price was several thousand dollars better than the "traditional" dealerships and the service was exceptional. We had a couple of small issues with the vehicle that came up after we had completed the purchase. It would have been easy for Bronson to say "not my problem", however he immediately stepped up and took care of the issues. While this cost him some money out of his pocket in the short-term he has created a lifelong customer. If you want to have a car buying experience that is different from the high pressure tactics of traditional dealers followed up with exceptional customer service I would highly recommend Bronson and Kentson Car Company. We did not feel like we were being attacked by salesmen or pushed into a sale like is the case at a large dealership. Bronson made it clear that he was willing to do whatever he could to make us happy and asked that we check with him again if we did decide to look elsewhere so that he could do all in his power to meet our needs and expectations. We were impressed with the quality of used vehicles that he deals with. Bronson suggested a place where we could get financing quickly and with little effort which we took advantage of as well. Within a half hour we were out the door with a check. All in all, we were very happy with our experience and will definately bring our business here again. More

Since I live in Jerome, Idaho, he agreed to cover my expenses to return the vehicle and find another vehicle with which I would be happy. Everyone was very helpful as I drove all the vehicles I had in mind. When it was all said and done, I ended up with a 2011 Nissan Armada at a great price. But I was totally blown away with Kentson's professional conduct, no-haggle pricing, and great customer service. The cars were EXACTLY as described, and in fantastic condition. Bronson never to tried to sell me any of the add-on nonsense, and there were NO FEES other than the normal tax, title, tags, etc. I called Bronson 15 minutes before they were to close, and he stayed open for an hour to wait for us, and we were out the door with our new car in 45 minutes. Kentson did not just earn my satisfaction , they earned my loyalty. I will go to Kentson to buy all my cars in the future. More
