Let me start by saying that I never fill out online reviews. I am only filling this review out because I have never had a more positive car buying experience in my life! As we walked into Kentson, I reviews. I am only filling this review out because I have never had a more positive car buying experience in my life! As we walked into Kentson, I was interested to see and feel the relaxed environment--I didn't have five sales people rushing up to me to get a chance at a commission. Instead I had the opportunity to work directly with the owner of the dealership--Bronson Sulser. I really liked his open book policy on everything and how he was very open to discussing the positives and negatives of each vehicle and choice. I never felt pressured to buy a car--instead Bronson worked with us until we were happy with every little detail. I live about 45 minutes south of the dealership and was wondering what the benefit to driving "all of the way" to Bountiful would be--well, I found out. The benefit is that you get to work with someone who cares that you are happy--not about some commission. There was not "let me talk to my manager" so we can play the old good cop/bad cop routine. I was dealing with the owner directly and he was always positive and trying meet our needs. At one point, I had looked on the website and even called a different more local (to me) on-line dealer, but I wanted to go to one spot and see all of the choices, not drive to an office and then to some other place to see the cars. And the price...I was skeptical when I saw the price. I was thinking to myself--how can he be selling these cars for 3-5K less than anyone else. I thought for sure there must be something wrong with the vehicles. Not only was there nothing wrong with these cars, but we had the choice of some beautiful vehicles that were in amazing condition. The financing options were really simple as well. Kentson has a relationship with America First Credit Union that made the whole process really simple. I spent 10 minutes filling out an online form and when I walked into the dealer the paperwork was ready to go. I know when I bought my last car the dealer played games when we were signing the paperwork and ended up adding another percentage point to the loan. At Kentson, Bronson was completely open book, and we received the most competitive rate available. So if you are on the fence, I hope this review helps to push you over towards wanting to buy a car from Kentson. I really had an amazing experience! More
After looking at many Suburbans/Yukons on the front range of Colorado, I became very frustrated with multiple major brand dealers and the games they play as well the product they presented. While searching on the internet I came across Kenston Car Company. They had a great selection and the pricing seemed very fair. Like most people I was very skeptical as you can make any company or product look good on the internet. To my suprise I could not find one bad review. So I called a relative who happens to live in Bountiful, UT. After asking around locally all the feedback was positive. The next day I called and spoke with Cache who answered all my questions and never once did I get the used car salesman speak. So I jumped on a plane that evening and met with Cache the next morning. In less than two hours I was driving back to Denver in a Suburban. This also included time speaking with Bronson and his father. Great people with a great business model. Kentson Car Company is as far as you can get from a stereotypical new or used car dealership. They are upfront and you can rest assured they have nothing to hide especially with these units being used. After 8 hours driving back to Denver, I never once had buyers remorse. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend Kentson Car Company to family and friends. Thank you Bronson and Cache for making car buying a stress free event. I went to see these guys after a recommendation from a friend and I have to say this is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I hate having to buy a car from a dealer, but not anymore. They have earned my business for as long as I'm able to buy a car and they are still around. No pressure, and the cars are in new condition and priced exceptionally well. I traded my Toyota truck and Bronson gave me a great price on it and a great price on the Yukon I was buying. As we were getting done with the paperwork Cache said we were done and handed me the keys. I kept asking if he was sure we didn't have to sign something else. I couldn't believe that was it. 20 minutes, maybe. I was thinking as I drove away that my phone was going to ring and I would need to go back to sign something else. My phone still hasn't started ringing. Bronson did a stellar job getting us a good interest rate and was all ready for us when we got there. If you're in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and browse the inventory then give them a call. You won't be disappointed. More
The staff was very friendly. The price of the vehicle was fair. Over all the experience was good,no pressure like a lot of dealers, I like their style. The Kentson Car Company was a great dealership to work with. I am not a very easy person to sell a car to but Bronson and Cache were up to the task. The KCC Dynamic Duo was very patient as I played my t with. I am not a very easy person to sell a car to but Bronson and Cache were up to the task. The KCC Dynamic Duo was very patient as I played my typical twenty questions and scenarios with them. They were even willing to flip a coin to decide the final price... a game I often play when buying a used car. In the end the coin toss was not required as I came to realize that the Toyoyta Sienna that we were looking at was infact the dream car (my wife's dream car) that I always wanted. The paperwork process with the Kentson Car Company was a breeze. I would recommend the KCC to anyone and when I have a bunch more money I plan on heading back for an upgrade. Zac - St. George UT More

An overall great experience! I was refreshing to work with people who were not on commission and who did not have all of the haggling that you find with other dealerships. We were impressed with Bronson and Cache. They didn’t pressure us but helped us determine which type of vehicle would best meet our needs.
