Super friendly! we didn't feel rushed at all or pushed into buying at all! I really liked how they were dressed casually but nice it made you feel more at home not like they were a "sales person". However, I went on line and used the "Vehicle Finder" option located on Kentson Home Page and to my surprise, within 2-3 weeks, I received an email with a match they thought I would like. I drove to their lot to look at the Honda Civic they located for me and within one hour, I met with Cash and he, once again, assisted me in completing the entire process of purchase and financing!
